The Reflect Orbital team in clean-room suits beneath a crossed mirror rig

Reflect is solving a problem most assume is impossible, and is solving it at planetary scale. Our ambitions are significant, our timelines are aggressive and the constraints are unforgiving. This means our challenges are highly technical and only the best work survives. We think that is exciting.

We have the opportunity to build unbelievable technology, only because it will serve an incredible market. Rarely is technical work like ours met and justified by such importance. We believe exclusively in builders who are motivated by extreme ownership, moving fast and learning and iterating in reality.

Our Benefits

Reflect Orbital’s success will hinge on our team, which is why our compensation and benefits plan is designed to reward our employees and support their families as generously as we’re able.

Broad choice of medical/dental/vision coverage, Reflect covers 100% of each base-policy

Access to HSA, FSA, and 401K

Unlimited paid time off

Healthy lunches provided daily
